SOLUTION FROM LAST WEEK
We know that all 30 fish together weigh a total of 100 lbs. This means that the average weight of each fish is 3 1/3 (3.333) lbs. Since we know that the average between a 2 lb fish and a 4 lb fish is an even 3 lbs (which is also the only other possible weight for a fish), then we know that there must be more 4 lb fish than 2 lb fish to bring up the average to the 3 1/3 lbs that we need.
In this case, you have: 5 fish that are 2 lbs, 10 fish that are 3 lbs, and 15 fish that are 4 lbs.
