PUZZLE 1:
Look at the diagram below. Can you move only 6 toothpicks to create a new arrangement that has 5 squares?
PUZZLE 2:
The diagram below has 12 toothpicks arranged to form the shape of a cross. Can you rearrange the toothpicks to create a new shape that has only 80% of the area of the original shape. Your shape must be a single continuous shape where all toothpicks are arranged in a single continuous outline like the original.
